Town Park on Briarfield is a 129-detached-style condominium community located off Briarfield Road in Hampton. The community is located conveniently to military bases like Joint Base Langley-Eustis, and Naval Station Norfolk, as well as the metro area, which offers shops, entertainment, and restaurants. Our mission is to preserve and enhance the quality of life and sense of community in Town Park (TP) on Briarfield through effective and efficient management of the Association, reasonable and consistent enforcement of the rules and covenants to preserve property values and ongoing support for initiatives and capital improvements that benefit the greater good of TP residents.
